Tax services · Servicios de impuestos
Tax preparation and bookkeeping depend on complete, accurate information supplied by the customer. No refund, tax result, acceptance, audit outcome, deadline extension, or financial result is guaranteed. A service request does not create an engagement until AMGUS confirms the scope, required documents, price, and applicable agreement. Tax-return information is used or disclosed only as permitted by law and any required written consent.
Insurance · Seguros
Insurance information is educational until a properly licensed professional reviews the request. Eligibility, subsidies, premiums, benefits, plan availability, underwriting, enrollment, and claims outcomes are not guaranteed. AMGUS is not a government agency and is not endorsed by Medicare, Medicaid, the Marketplace, CMS, or any insurer.
Credit and business support · Crédito y negocios
Credit education and administrative business support do not guarantee removal of accurate information, a particular score, approval, funding, revenue, or business success. Any credit-service contract, required consumer disclosure, cancellation right, and payment timing controls apply before paid credit-repair work begins.
Referrals and construction · Referidos y construcción
Third-party attorneys, insurers, contractors, platforms, payment providers, and other professionals are independent unless a written agreement states otherwise. AMGUS does not guarantee third-party work, pricing, availability, licensing, timelines, or outcomes. Customers should independently review credentials, contracts, permits, insurance, and warranties.
Privacy and communications · Privacidad y comunicaciones
Do not send Social Security numbers, tax returns, health records, identification, payment data, or passwords through ordinary email, text, social media, or WhatsApp. Use the approved secure upload process. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone, and portal communications may be used according to the consent selected by the customer; consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase where prohibited. Message and data rates may apply. Opt-out requests will be honored as required by law.
Portal use · Uso del portal
Portal access is limited to the authorized person and permitted records. Do not share credentials or access another person's information. Portal content, assignments, messages, deadlines, and automated notices should be confirmed with AMGUS when time-sensitive. Submitting a form, opening a portal, or sending a message does not by itself establish a professional engagement or guarantee acceptance of work.
Pricing, payments, and results · Precios, pagos y resultados
Displayed prices are starting prices unless expressly labeled final. Final scope, third-party or government fees, payment terms, refund or cancellation rules, and deliverables must be confirmed before work begins. No legal, tax, insurance, credit, business, construction, revenue, or timing outcome is guaranteed.
